All of my cards are hand-made with love and care to detail. Each one is a unique product - nothing mass produced here! All cards are blank inside for your own message and come complete with a matching envelope.
POSTAGE & PACKING
All cards are shown with the P&P already built in. If you require more than one card, I will offer a reduced charge. Please email me BEFORE buying so that I can assess the new P&P charge.
PAYMENT
Payment via the Website is by credit card only via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set one up right away when you first go to pay. PayPal is a fast, easy and secure method of payment. If you would prefer to send a cheque or postal order, please contact me first via email - do not press the 'Buy Now' button.
CURRENCY
All prices are in POUNDS STERLING. If you are outside of the UK, please email me BEFORE buying, stating your country, so that I can estimate the postage and packing charge in your own currency.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely delighted with your card, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund (less P&P charge) providing it is returned in its original condition (unless it has arrived damaged in the first place).
PERSONALISED CARDS
Cards requiring personalisation are treated as 'Special Orders'. These will be made after discussion (via email or phone) with the customer. Special orders will be photographed and emailed to the customer for checking and approval before being posted. Special Orders cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
NEW - WEDDING OR PARTY STATIONERY
I can make bespoke wedding or party stationery in any colour to match your requirements. Just email me with your contact details so that we can arrange something totally unique for your function. Prices will vary depending on quantity and labour involved, but will be much cheaper than in the shops! I can make invitations for these occasions:
